How to use gums to exercise the jaw/jaw muscles:

1.Plunge the item into hot water to adjust.

Before use, place in hot water at about 80 degrees for up to 10 seconds, preferably 3 to 6 seconds. Then remove the rubber from the hot water.

2.Match the gum to the teeth (jaws).

After removing from the hot water, place the product on your teeth and gently press down on the light bite strips to form them. This will ensure the most comfortable fit. You can start practicing now! Start with the beginner rubber to see how you do. Perform 5 series of exercise each day until muscle failure. As time goes on, add series or change to a stronger rubber band.
