Delivery
Deliveries on Polish territory are carried out by InPost, DPD, DHL.
Deliveries on the territory of other EU countries are carried out by DPD or others. Delivery costs are calculated individually depending on the products purchased.
We ship within 1 working day after the order is placed.
Important: The purchase should be made in the currency of the country of destination (country of shipment) - i.e. for customers from Poland it is necessary to purchase in PLN, for customers from the Eurozone it is necessary to purchase in EUR. For customers from Europe outside Poland who are not in the euro zone, it is also necessary to purchase in the euro currency.
Returns
You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your online purchase.

The return form should include your order number, name, surname, date of purchase and bank account number for the refund.
The returned product should be new, undamaged, complete with original packaging. No courier labels or marker writing may be applied to the packaging. The product should be protected by the outer packaging.
