JSM FITNESS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is a company registered in the country of Poland, in Kraków, with its registered office at 6C/66 Bociana Street.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
In order to process orders, we collect the following data: first and last name, email address, telephone number, home address and, in the case of company purchases, also the VAT number/VAT number and company name. The data is necessary to complete the dispatch of the order and to contact the customer.
When placing an order, it is necessary for each order to actively agree to the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions of the online shop and to pass on the contact details of the delivery companies in order to complete the dispatch of the order.
When you send an enquiry from the forms on the website, we collect data such as your email address. This is necessary in order to respond to the enquiry. We do not use this data for marketing activities.
The use and processing of my personal data for the purpose of processing my order is carried out in accordance with current data protection legislation and the RODO.
The Rules and Regulations of the Internet Shop available at muscleforge.pl define the terms and conditions for the use of the Internet Shop and the manner in which the Seller provides services electronically and concludes sales agreements via the Internet Shop. It defines, inter alia, the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer, the procedure for withdrawal from the agreement and the complaint procedure.
The administrator of the personal data processed in connection with the implementation of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions is the Seller. Personal data shall be processed for the purposes, within the scope and on the basis of principles indicated in the Privacy Policy published on the website of muscleforge.pl Shop. Provision of personal data is voluntary. Each person whose personal data is processed by the Seller has the right to inspect its content and the right to update and correct it.
The Consumer may not waive the rights granted to him/her in the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws item 827, as amended). Provisions of the Terms and Conditions that are less favourable to the Consumer than the provisions of the Act shall be invalid and the provisions of the Act shall apply in their place. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of the Regulations and the aforementioned provisions, the provisions in question shall prevail and apply.
Marketing
By giving marketing consent when registering or placing an order, the user agrees to marketing messages, newsletters, special offers, discounts being sent to the email address provided. The user agrees to the collection of data used for the display of personalised ads using Google Ads and Facebook Ads tools.
Comments
When a visitor to the site leaves a comment, we collect the data visible in the comment form, as well as the visitor's IP address and browser signature as an aid to spam detection.
Media
If you are a registered user and upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images with EXIF location tags. Site visitors can download and read the full location data from images on the site.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you will be able to choose to save your name, email address and website address in cookies so that when you write subsequent comments the above information is already conveniently completed. These cookies expire after one year.

The data you provide during the order process is stored as follows:
Unpaid orders - 3 months. Cancelled orders - 1 week. Completed orders 24 months. This reduces their storage time to a minimum.
If you leave a comment, its content and metadata will be stored indefinitely. In this way, we are able to recognise and approve further comments automatically, without sending them for moderation each time.
For users who have registered on our website (if any), we also store the personal information entered in the profile. Any user can view, correct or delete their personal information at any time (except for their username, which cannot be changed). Site administrators can also view and modify this information.
What rights do you have to your data
If you have a user account or have added comments to this site, you may request a file with an exported set of your personal information in our possession, including all of the information provided by you. You may also request that we delete all personal data in our possession. This does not apply to any data that we are obliged to retain for administrative, legal or security reasons.
