The Squat Wedge Block is a slant block that is a good tool for stretching the thigh and calf muscles, as well as an excellent tool to put under the heels when performing squats.

The Squat Wedge Block is a slant block that is a good tool for stretching the thigh and calf muscles, as well as an excellent tool to put under the heels when performing squats.

The block consists of three parts with angles of 8.5°, 8.5° and 17°. Thanks to the convex and concave surfaces, each part adapts to the other, locking the block securely in place and creating combinations with different degrees of inclination.

This allows you to adjust the angle to suit different types of training and people of different levels. To prepare the block for exercise, simply overlap the parts.

With one block, you can exercise at different inclinations by positioning the parts in different combinations, e.g.

  • single-leg - 8.5°, 17°, 25.5°, 34°
  • both legs - 8.5°, 17

The pulley is made of lightweight and durable EPP material, which provides a non-slip surface and strength for up to 200 kg of load.
