The adjustable dumbbell 23.5kg with 14 degrees of regulation is a novelty on the market of adjustable dumbbells. In response to our customers' suggestions, we offer a dumbbell that changes its size (depending on the set load) when adjusting the load.

The length of the dumbbell ranges from 26 cm to 34 cm (for 4 and 23.5 kg respectively). Thanks to its variable length, the dumbbell will not interfere with chest, biceps or shoulder exercises. It will not interfere with the torso as was the case with older models of adjustable barbells, whose length was always fixed.

The 23.5kg dumbbell has as many as 14 adjustments - from 4kg to 23.5kg in 1.5kg increments, so it is e.g. 4, 5.5, 7, 8.5kg etc. The 1.5kg jump allows for optimum progression in all popular strength and bodybuilding exercises.

The adjustment is changed by turning the handle clockwise or anti-clockwise. It is possible when the dumbbell is placed in the base. When removed from the base, the adjusted weight locks in place and allows the series to be performed safely.

The grip section has been designed to provide a non-slip function. This increases the confidence and safety of the exercise.
